Open-core. Run it on your own infrastructure.

GridNMS Self-Hosted is the same platform as Cloud — graph correlation, discovery, YARA-L detections, cases — installed with Docker on hardware you control. Community edition is free forever; Business and Enterprise editions add scale and enterprise features when you need them.

Three editions, one platform

No forked feature set. Every edition runs the full product — editions differ in scale and the enterprise controls you need to run it across a team.

Business

More devices and more sites, for teams outgrowing Community.

  • More managed devices
  • Multi-site
  • SSO/SAML for your identity provider
Enterprise

High availability and unlimited scale, for production-critical deployments.

  • Unlimited devices and sites
  • High availability
  • SSO/SAML, priority support

The whole platform, not a subset

Self-hosted runs the same product as Cloud — no feature gate between them. Move between deployments any time; configuration exports and imports cleanly, so nothing traps you on one side.

Graph correlation

Live topology with blast-radius impact analysis across every device and link.

Host & service discovery

Sweep networks, fingerprint the services each host exposes, map it onto the graph.

YARA-L detections

One detection language across logs and metrics, scheduled or streaming at ingest.

Automatic cases

Related events group into one case and alert once, with the full context.

Interface thresholds

Per-interface limits on traffic, errors, and utilization that self-clear on recovery.

Agent-less collection

One lightweight collector speaks SNMP, SSH, ICMP, syslog, and traps — outbound only.

Bring your own TLS

Terminate with your own certificate — no dependency on a managed proxy.

Your data, your hardware

Nothing leaves your network unless you configure it to.

Up and running with Docker

One command brings up the full stack — no separate database or message broker to provision first.

1. Pull the bundle

Download the Self-Hosted bundle from your portal Downloads page after joining the beta.

2. Configure

Set your admin credentials and, optionally, your own TLS certificate.

3. docker compose up

Brings up the full stack: app, API, storage, and graph — one command.

4. Connect a collector

Point the outbound-only collector at your network and start monitoring.

Self-hosted questions

Is Community really free forever?
Yes — no trial clock, no credit card. 10 devices, one site, and the full feature set, on your own hardware, for as long as you run it.
What's the difference between Community, Business, and Enterprise?
Scale and team controls, not features. Business adds more devices, multi-site, and SSO/SAML. Enterprise adds unlimited scale, high availability, and priority support. All three run the same monitoring, discovery, detection, and case-management engine as Cloud.
Can I move from Self-Hosted to Cloud, or back?
Any time, in either direction. It's the same platform with the same features whichever way you run it, and your whole configuration exports and imports cleanly between deployments.
What does my own infrastructure need to provide?
A Docker host with enough disk for your retention window. Everything else — the app, API, storage, and graph database — ships in the bundle and comes up with one command.
How does support work on Self-Hosted?
Community is community-supported through the community portal. Business and Enterprise include direct vendor support — get in touch for details.
Need something with zero outbound connectivity?
That's Air-Gapped, a separate bespoke deployment for environments that can't phone home at all — see pricing for details.
